Hotel Accommodations

As a courtesy, TVSA has secured a block of rooms at the Hilton Garden Inn. The standard room (one king or two queen beds) is being offered at $101.00 a night plus tax.  

The special room rate will be available until April 14, 2019 or until the group block is sold-out, whichever comes first.

**Ground Transportation**

For those arriving into Valley International Airport in Harlingen, the South Padre Shuttle is able to provide shuttle service for $35 each way. For reservations call South Padre Shuttle at 956.317.5305 and let them know you are with TVSA. 

Car rentals are available at the airports in Harlingen and Brownsville. Please make advanced reservations for ground transportation.  

**Travel Arrangements**

Participants are responsible for securing and providing their own travel arrangements and lodging.   

**Conference Dress**

Conference attire is business casual.  We recommend dressing in layers as meeting room temperatures vary.

 Cancellation/Refund Policy

A refund of 50% of the fees paid will be authorized when a written request is submitted by April 2, 2019. Texas Victim Services Association reserves the right to retain or collect fees in full for those who fail to cancel prior to the conference or for those who fail to attend. NO EXCEPTIONS!
