Texas Victim Services Association (TVSA) was founded in 1997 by two visionaries in the field who wanted to create a place just for victim service providers (VSP) where they could learn, share, and network.Vision: TVSA promotes the delivery of a full range of consistent, high-quality, professional services to crime victims, their families, and communities. Mission: The mission of TVSA is support, education and recognition for victim service providers.
