Job Description: The Victim Specialist is a GS-11/12 position, with promotional potential to a GS-13, and a salary range of $77,343 - $100,541 (GS-11) and $92,702 - $120,518 (GS-12). As a vital partner in the FBI’s response to crime, Victim Specialists work directly with FBI Special Agents and serve as the critical link to ensure that victims of crimes investigated by the FBI are provided with their rights and are connected to the necessary critical support, services, and resources.
