Participants are responsible for securing and providing their own travel arrangements and lodging.

 Hotel Accommodations

Absent any cancellations, our primary room block at the Hilton Garden Inn is currently sold out. There are still rooms available in our second block at the adjacent Courtyard by Marriott Hotel, at the same $105 per night + tax government rate. The special room rate will be available until midnight April 06 or until the room blocks are sold out, whichever comes first. Requests received after 5:00 PM (central time) on the cut-off date will be accepted on a guest room and rate availability basis.

Conference Dress

Conference attire is business casual. We recommend dressing in layers as meeting room temperatures vary.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

A refund of 50% of the fees paid will be authorized when a written request is submitted by April 07. Texas Victim Services Association reserves the right to retain or collect fees in full for those who fail to cancel prior to the conference or for those who fail to attend.
